WE OFFER FREE SHIPPING ANYWHERE IN INDIA.
Please allow 1-3 working days for ready orders to be dispatched. For any custom orders, we would require about 15-20 working days to dispatch the order.
Normally orders placed before 1pm on a business day, we aim to ship the same day, providing card security checks are complete, payment received and stock availability is confirmed. Orders placed after 1pm will be shipped the next business day. Orders Received on Sunday or during Holidays are dispatched the following Monday or next working day. During busy times, such as holiday periods, there can be processing and shipping delays.
The orders cannot be shipped to PO boxes or military addresses, rural domestic addresses require one or more additional days to deliver.
International shipping charges would depend on the country requiring shipping. We shall inform on the same via email or whatsapp. Shipping charges and transit time will vary, depending on the location. All international packages are shipped via DHL / FedEx/DTDC. All transit times are Monday to Saturday. International delivery cannot be guaranteed within a time frame due to customs.
International delivery time is approximately 7 to 15 days.
For some shipments delivered outside India, the importing country may charge an import duty/VAT on top of the price of the item. These charges are beyond our control and can’t be reimbursed.
International customers are responsible for any import or customs fees charged by your government. We are unable to predict which shipments will be assessed these fees or the amount of the fee that may be charged. In cases of refusal, either the cost of the goods or return service costs will be assessed.

Cancellation of Order by User
After placing an order, customers can only cancel the order if the order state is showing as "pending" under Order History. Cancellations have to be made within (maximum) 6 Hours of placing an order. For cancelling your order, you will have to get in touch with our Customer Support Team by sending an email giving your Order Number.
In case we receive a cancellation email and till that time the order has already been "processed" by us, the order cannot be cancelled. www.abitofme.in has the complete right to decide whether an order should be cancelled or not. Also, the customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by www.abitofme.in and accepts www.abitofme.in’s decision regarding the cancellation.

www.abitofme.in reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product that is listed at an incorrect price or for any other reason. This shall be regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and/or payment has been received. The 100% payment shall be refunded and the User shall be informed of the same.
If a non-delivery or late delivery occurs due to a mistake by the User (i.e. wrong or incomplete name or address or recipient not available or any other related reason) any extra cost spent by www.abitofme.in for re-delivery shall be claimed from the User.

At A Bit Of Me online store, we offer a 3-DAY EXCHANGE ONLY policy after the product is received, for all designs bought on full price (subject to approval). In case of a manufacturing defect we will exchange the product once sufficient proof is submitted (for example, a parcel opening video). KINDLY ENSURE THAT THE PRODUCT INTENDED TO BE EXCHANGED IS UNUSED.
If the desired product is not available with us, you could order another product of the same or higher value. The differential amount can be paid through our website.
We do not provide reverse pick-up services. We hope our patrons understand the woes of a bootstrapped venture.
Steps for exchange for merchandise bought on full-price:
For exchange please drop us an email to email@example.com with your original order number along with details of exchange, WITHIN 3 DAYS OF RECEIVING THE PRODUCT.
2. Once approved, please courier the merchandise back to us (at your cost) on the address provided by us. Kindly ensure that all the tags are intact on the product and it is packed in the same way as delivered.
3. Our team will give you a call/whatsapp/e-mail once we receive the courier and confirm the product change.
4. The exchanged piece will be couriered back to your address with no additional courier charges.
Merchandise bought on Discount:
Products purchased under any promotional offer (for example, use of coupon codes) or any on-going sale cannot be exchanged or returned.
